Being stuck inside more during the cold winter … really this whole pandemic … you might be seeing more unpleasant behaviors from your little one. Little bodies need to move. It’s more than just a need to release all of that energy (which is a huge factor on its own), but their gross motor development is blossoming and needing to shine. They also have a need for gross motor sensory input during this stage. In other words, their bodies are telling them “go, go, go!!” and if they don’t have those needs met, you are more likely to see less than optimal behaviors more frequently.

You are a busy parent with a never-ending to-do list. You need to make dinner, respond to emails, the list goes on – but your little one is full of energy and into everything. Our favorite experience has been the Thanksgiving lunch. I can see all the effort that is put into it. I like that we can all come together and have that experience with the other families and kids. Plus the food is delish!

My favorite memory at kidz ink is when they went on field trips and we had teachers engaging in all the activities even when they went swimming. Also the positive experience that we have is how the teachers help the children do their homework and my child talks highly about the teachers helping him with his homework and making sure that he stays on task.

Daren started at Kidz Ink in April of 2019. When he was only 4 1/2 months old. Since then he has made friends and has had a lot of fun with his Kidz Ink ladies! We had a good time during Halloween and Thanksgiving. Mom and dad love all the arts and crafts he creates for the holidays.

From the very beginning MS. Trina has treated us like Family. Her nurturing spirit helped this first time mom become comfortable with leaving her son (Gavin ) in her care. She is like a Grandmother to our family. We appreciate all that she does for Gavin, from the love she gives him to the skills that she has taught him.
Thank you for caring for our first love!

Kidz Ink has been a god send for our family. Brayden has learned and gorwn so much in the few months he’s been there. You can tell the teachers and directors care deeply about each child and that sets them apart from the other centers that we visited before choosing Kidz Ink.

While attending my son’s first kindergarten conference the first thing his teachers asked was where did he go to preschool and who was his teachers. I told them Kidz Ink Songsmith and his teachers were Ms. Debbie and Ms. Ashley. His kindergarten teachers said they need more teachers like he had because he came to kindergarten prepared and ready! Thank you Ms. Debbie and Ms. Ashley for being great teachers who are determined to do all that you can to prepare each child for their next chapter in kindergarten. With the help of you ladies my son was able to ease right into kindergarten. Thanks for all you do!

When I first brought my children to Kidz Ink, Smyrna, I loved how warm Ms. Amy made me and my baby feel. The one year old room is very loving and you can tell they take special care of the babies.
