Center Director
Phyllis Cannon has dedicated over thirty-five years to the field of childcare, with the last five months spent at Kidz Ink Dover. She holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and is certified as an ECE Administrator with specialties in Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and School-age care. Her extensive credentials include certifications in CPR/First Aid and as a Delaware Notary.
