At Kidz, Ink we believe nutrition is the foundation for a healthy body and supports growth and brain development. Each month our menus are developed to include healthy selections of whole grains, vegetables, fresh seasonal fruits, low sugar selections and 100% juice. Each meal meets the state and federal guidelines established by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Each of our staff members receives annual training on nutrition and proper portion sizes. All meals are prepared on sight by a cook and kitchen facilities have been approved by the Department of Child Care Licensing.
We encourage children to sample new foods and taste what’s being served. Please speak with your school director if you have specific concerns because of:
- Religious reasons
